Terms of Service

This Services Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of Curos.ai's services and is entered into by and between Curos.ai Inc. (“Curos.ai”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and the client (“you” or “Client”). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

By accessing or using Curos.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Curos.ai provides a platform to match companies with top-tier AI professionals for freelance, part-time, and full-time roles.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts. Curos.ai reserves the right to modify or terminate services at any time, with or without notice.

You may not use our platform for unlawful purposes or to solicit talent for work that violates intellectual property rights, labor laws, or ethical practices.

Service Overview

Curos.ai connects companies with pre-vetted, elite AI professionals—including engineers, developers, and data scientists. Our fulfillment process begins as soon as you submit your talent requirements and continues until your selected expert is fully integrated and delivering value to your team.

Fulfillment Process

Step 1: Requirements Submission

Once you share your role details—including technical stack, skills, and desired experience—our team of talent specialists will carefully review the request. We may follow up with clarifying questions to ensure complete alignment with your needs.

Step 2: Talent Matching

Within a few business days, you will receive one or more hand-selected candidates who meet your criteria. These professionals may already be ready to start, or actively undergoing evaluation. If an immediate match is not available, we will initiate a custom search through our extended network.

Step 3: Trial Period

All engagements begin with a risk-free trial. This allows you to assess the candidate's skills, integration, and alignment with your team—before making a commitment. If you're not fully satisfied, you will not be charged, and we'll rematch you at no additional cost.

Step 4: Onboarding and Delivery

Once approved, your selected talent begins work immediately, integrating into your workflows like any internal team member. Curos.ai handles all admin, billing, and legal documentation, including NDAs, allowing you to focus on your project.

Client Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not fully confident in the talent during the trial period, you are under no obligation to continue or pay. We'll provide a new match promptly at no additional charge.

Billing and Administration

Curos.ai manages all billing, legal, and contractual matters. You are only billed after the successful completion of the trial period and once you choose to continue with the engagement. Flexible models (hourly, part-time, or full-time) are available and can be changed as needed.

Subscription & Payment

Subscription plans, fees, and billing cycles are outlined at the time of purchase. Payment is due in advance of each subscription term, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional charges may apply for extended services or talent engagements outside the scope of your plan.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

Curos.ai provides a platform to connect companies with AI professionals. We do not guarantee the success of any engagement.

Payment Terms

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you request. Payments are due upon receipt of invoice.

Refund Policy

Curos.ai offers a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the talent during the trial period, you may request a refund or rematch at no additional cost.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You may not solicit talent for work that violates intellectual property rights, labor laws, or ethical practices.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate job requirements and timely feedback to enable effective talent matching. You are responsible for supervising any engaged Talent and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information. Curos.ai will not share your private information without consent, and Client agrees not to misuse Curos.ai's proprietary platform or candidate data.

Limitation of Liability

Curos.ai is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Talent performance or service access. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the past 3 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Curos.ai from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Intellectual Property

Curos.ai retains all rights to its platform, processes, and technology. Any work product created by Talent for Client belongs to the Client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Curos.ai operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

Curos.ai may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately for new subscriptions or at the start of the next renewal cycle for existing clients.

Termination

This Agreement remains in effect as long as your subscription is active. Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Immediate termination may occur for material breach or unlawful use. Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due.
